The kick-off meeting was organised in April 2022 in the form of transnational project meeting in Yecla in Spain. We had the opportunity to meet all the project partners at the CETEM facilities.
At the kick-off meeting, the consortium focused on planning the project activities and their timing, as well as the necessary management and administrative issues. We also established a common vision for the project outcomes and the promotional activities plan. Very important issue was the schedule of the each stage of the project.
After 2 days of meetings, all partners were aware of their role, tasks and objectives during the project.
